Create account

You can create a new ooVoo account from the login page and sign into ooVoo on different computers and supported mobile devices.

 

To create a new ooVoo account:

1. Tap on the ooVoo icon. The ‘Sign in’ page appears. Tap 'Create new account'. The 'Create your ooVoo account' window appears.
   If you are signed into ooVoo, go to the Contacts page and press the menu button. Tap More and then Sign out.
2. Enter an ID which is easy to remember in the 'ooVoo ID' field.
   The ID can contain letters, numbers and also dots (.), dashes (-) and underlines (_), but the ID must start with a letter or number and cannot include spaces.
3. Choose a password and enter it in the 'Password' field. The password cannot include spaces. Enter the password again in the 'Confirm password' field.
4. Enter your e-mail address in the 'E-mail' field.
   It's important to enter your current e-mail address in order to retrieve your password (if needed in the future).
5. Tap Create. You account should be created instantly and a page will appear to add contacts.
