Speaker problems
If you have
a problem hearing the sound which is currently being played, please check
the following:
- Check that your headset or speakers are connected to the speaker
plug on your computer.
- If you’re using speakers make sure
that they’re plugged-in and switched on.
- If you have more than one set of speakers (which have USB connections), select a different
speaker device.
- Check if your speakers are being used by another application.
If so, then close that application.
- Check your speakers in the Audio and Video wizard. Select from the menu and click CHECK in the speakers category.
- If you still have a problem, then try replacing your headset or
speakers or go to the ooVoo support center to check the knowledge base or to open a support request.
