Speaker problems

 

If you have a problem hearing the sound which is currently being played, please check the following:

  1. Check that your headset or speakers are connected to the speaker plug on your computer.
  2. If you’re using speakers make sure that they’re plugged-in and switched on.
  3. If you have more than one set of speakers (which have USB connections), select a different speaker device.
  4. Check if your speakers are being used by another application. If so, then close that application.
  5. Check your speakers in the Audio and Video wizard. Select Check your audio and video from the Help menu and click CHECK in the speakers category.
  6. If you still have a problem, then try replacing your headset or speakers or go to the ooVoo support center to check the knowledge base or to open a support request.
