Forgot your ooVoo ID or password?

If you forgot your ooVoo ID or password, you can easily retrieve your account details.

To retrieve your account details:

1. Click Forgot your password or ID? from the ooVoo login page.
   If you are logged into ooVoo, select Log out from the ooVoo menu.
   
2. Enter your email address you registered with or your ooVoo ID in the field.
   
3. Click Send. You should receive your account details by email within a few minutes.
   It's recommended to change your password to one which will be easier to remember.
