Manage recorded files

The Recorded files window lets you view recorded calls, save them to your computer, delete them, etc. You can upload recorded calls and video messages to YouTube for free but if you want to store the calls on an ooVoo server to be viewed from a web address, you need a paid plan.

 

To use the recorded call features:
  1. Once a call is recorded (see Record the ooVoo call), it can be viewed from the Recorded files window. Select History from the ooVoo menu and select Recorded files. The Recorded files window appears. If you just finished recording a call, the recorded file will appear in the In process tab (longer recordings will take more time to process). Once the recording is processed, it will automatically move to the Recorded files tab.
